DNSE Securities Joint Stock Company announces information on the following documents:

• Báo cáo tài chính năm 2024 đã được kiểm toán/ Audited financial statements for 2024;
• Báo cáo tỷ lệ An toàn tài chính tại ngày 31/12/2024 được kiểm toán/ Audited financial safety ratio report as of December 31, 2024;
• Công văn giải trình biển động lợi nhuận sau thuế TNDN năm 2024 so với năm 2023/ Official Letter Explaining the Change of Net Profit After Corporater Income Tax in 2024.

Theo đó/ Accordingly:

• Doanh thu hoạt động năm 2024 tăng 93 tỷ đồng tương ứng 13% so với năm 2023. Doanh thu hoạt động tăng chủ yếu đến từ Doanh thu nghiệp vụ môi giới chứng khoán tăng hơn 77 tỷ đồng, tương ứng tăng 114%.
  Operating revenue in 2024 increased by VND 92 billion, equivalent to 13% compared to 2023. The increase in operating revenue mainly came from Revenue from securities brokerage service increasing by more than VND 77 billion, equivalent to an increase of 114%.
• Chi phí hoạt động kinh doanh tăng 85,4 tỷ tương ứng tăng 25% so với năm 2023. Trong đó, mức tăng chủ yếu đến từ Chi phí nghiệp vụ môi giới chứng khoán tăng 63,7 tỷ tương ứng tăng 57%.
  Operating expenses increased by 85,4 billion, equivalent to an increase of 25% compared to 2023. Of which, the increase mainly came from Expenses on securities brokerage activities, which increased by 63,7 billion, equivalent to an increase of 57%.
• Chi phí quản lý doanh nghiệp tăng hơn 57,5 tỷ tương ứng tăng 61% so với năm 2023.
  General And Administration Expenses increased by more than 57,5 billion, equivalent to an increase of 61% compared to 2023.
