Công bố thông tin về tỷ lệ sở hữu nước ngoài tối đa/ Information disclosure regarding the maximum foreign ownership ratio

Ngày 12/03/2024, Công ty Cổ phần chứng khoán DNSE (“DNSE”) nhận được Công văn số 1512/UBCK-QLKD ngày 12/03/2024 của Ủy ban Chứng khoán Nhà nước về hồ sơ thông báo tỷ lệ sở hữu nước ngoài tối đa của DNSE. Theo đó, tỷ lệ sở hữu nước ngoài tối đa tại DNSE là 100%.

On March 12th 2024, DNSE Securities Joint Stock Company (“DNSE“) received Document No 1512/UBCK-QLKD dated on March 12th 2024 by The State Securities Commission regarding the dossier announcing of maximum foreign ownership ratio of DNSE. Accordingly, DNSE’s maximum foreign ownership ratio is 100%.
